If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review. Made-to-order items can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, a wrong size selection, or a different size or color after delivery.

You may change the size or color, or cancel your order, within 3 hours of placing it. Email support@gloomhabit.com or submit the Contact form with your order number. Canceled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method. After 3 hours, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

Production normally takes 1–3 business days after checkout. Carrier transit is separate; shipping estimates and cost are displayed at checkout for your destination.
