Canceled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method. After the 3-hour window, production may have started and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Change of mind or sizing issues
