Online store terms
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit harmful code.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and made-to-order production can create small differences in color or placement. Measurements are approximate. Product availability, variants, and pricing may change without notice.
Orders, changes, and cancellations
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order and does not require us to accept an order that is fraudulent, technically incorrect, unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled. You may change the size or color, or cancel an order, within 3 hours of placing it by emailing support@gloomhabit.com or submitting the Contact form. Include your order number. Canceled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method. After the 3-hour window, production may have started and the order can no longer be changed or canceled. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices and currency are shown on the website. Taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges are displayed when applicable. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, graphics, and original artwork belong to Gloom Habit or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer a right to reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use the artwork.
Third-party services
The store relies on third parties for services such as hosting, payments, production, shipping, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Gloom Habit is operated by Ho Tan Cuong in Hue, Vietnam. Products are made to order by independent production partners. Most U.S. orders are produced and shipped from facilities in the United States, although routing may vary with availability.
